Sore feet

Plantar Fasciitis and/or heel or general foot pain, can all be chronic and debilitating. Often, these are an indicator of other issues in our bodies. We can usually use the presentation of these conditions as an opportunity to improve our posture and health, and usually resolve the symptoms much faster than nature, using multi-faceted approaches, involving massage, stretches, conscious movement and simple exercises. In the short term, decent inner soles or shoes will go a long way to alleviating symptoms (we're unaffiliated with these guys, but they have some excellent products not available locally https://theinsolestore.com ). See us, we can help your feet feel better again. Book Here
