Techniques I Use
You don’t need to choose a technique — that’s my job. Here’s what may be included in your session, depending on what your body needs:
- Myofascial Release — easing tension through slow, sustained pressure.
- Trigger Point Therapy — releasing overactive, painful spots in muscle.
- Deep Tissue Techniques — firm, focused work for chronic tightness.
- Joint Mobilisation — improving movement through gentle guided motion.

- Stretching & Mobility Work — improving range and reducing restriction.
